Journal and Connect Café Session

  • Workshop
  • Events

Give your week a glow-up. Sit down, sip something delicious, and let a guided journal session nudge your thoughts into clarity. Add in a bunch of lovely people and a framework that quietly works wonders, and you’ve got yourself a feel-good gathering.

Welcome to Journal and Connect, cosy, guided café sessions that take the guesswork out of journaling. Using a gentle, step-by-step framework, host Ingrid Jones will guide you to move past the inner chatter and easily access deep clarity, calm, and hope.

These guided sessions are perfect for both beginners and daily writers, with no experience needed and zero pressure. Your writing is 100% private and you will never be asked to share what you write. Join a warm community to connect and share your shifts, not secrets, over great coffee.

Come and find your seat at the table, learn the tool, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
