Culinary Tea Journey
Settle into an afternoon of high tea within the elegant heritage of Collins Street. Experience tea and food reimagined in the perfect bite, with a zesty lemon myrtle and ginger tart, a smoky lapsang chocolate parfait and a fragrant Earl Grey macaron. Three of the nine tea-infused petit fours are crafted to complement a matching tea pairing, taking your high tea experience to a new level of elegance.
The event will be hosted by Impala & Peacock's director Sarah de Witt, and Collins Coffee House's pastry chef and owner, Laura Petrazzuolo.
Part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
