World's Longest Lunch

  • Events
  • Food and drink

The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is leaning into one of Melbourne's great culinary superpowers: World’s Longest Lunch, presented by La Trobe Financial, is going Greek.

This essential event on the national dining calendar celebrates one of the most essential of Australia's diaspora communities: Greek Melbourne, harnessing the energy of the wave of savvy new Greek dining experiences across the city, with the teams from CBD hit restaurant Kafeneion and Yarraville sensation Tzaki, and author Ella Mittas.

It’s World’s Longest Lunch taken to the next level – and you’re invited.

Part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
