Melbourne Food and Wine Festival

  • Festival
  • Events

The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival brings a 10-day feast with the best-of-the-best from Australia and the world, direct to your lips.

This year, the World's Longest Lunch is taking you to Greece, teaming up with the teams from CBD hit restaurant Kafeneion and Yarraville sensation Tzaki, and author Ella Mittas to take it to the next level.

Meanwhile, the international cake sensation, Cake Picnic, makes its Southern Hemisphere debut at Festival 2026.

This year’s Global Dining Series is a roll-call of the world’s hottest kitchen sparks, with limited seats available at these exclusive dining experiences. There are also over 170 top-flight food parties confirming the city’s reputation for drinking and dining excellence across the Special Events program. And then there’s the walk-up deliciousness to be discovered at Fed Square and Baker's Dozen, the festival hub for the fourth year.
