From Kyoto to New York City, Chiang Mai to London, this year’s Signature Chef series is a roll-call of the world’s hottest kitchen sparks. There are also 150-plus top-flight food parties putting paid to the city’s reputation for drinking and dining excellence across the Special Events program. And then there’s the walk-up deliciousness to be discovered at Fed Square, the brand-new festival hub.

And last but not least, everyone’s favourite program of progressive dinners and moveable feasts, Crawl and Bite tours, are back with a bang with a whole new stream of programming, Westside Wanders.
