Capoeira Angola

  • Talk
  • Workshop

As the weather warms, practice moves outdoors with special training sessions held at Flagstaff Gardens in the heart of the city. Surrounded by nature and live music, these gatherings bring Capoeira Angola back to its roots – grounded in movement, community, and shared energy.

Outdoor classes run during the warmer months, welcoming both beginners and experienced practitioners. Please note: Classes are strictly on a booking basis, as sessions may change at short notice due to adverse weather conditions.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
