Melbourne Puppy Yoga: Yoga Paws

  • Fitness
  • Activity

Melbourne puppy yoga with Yoga Paws combines gentle, instructor-led movement with puppies exploring, playing or settling beside the mats.

Each 60-minute session includes beginner-friendly floor yoga, supervised puppy interaction and relaxation. Previous yoga experience is unnecessary, mats are provided, and participants must be aged 12 or over.

The puppies choose whether to approach, play or rest. Dedicated animal care staff supervise throughout, with a separate retreat area and rest breaks between sessions.

This ongoing Sunday programme normally offers starts at 8am, 10am, 12noon, 2pm and 4pm with new release dates and times opening about three weeks in advance.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
