Hoiana

Hoiana, the latest venture by Vietnam's esteemed restaurateur Kieu Phan, marks her debut in Melbourne. Having created a portfolio of successful venues across Central Vietnam, Kieu brings her expertise in Vietnamese cuisine to Australia. Inspired by the rich culture of Hoi An, Hoiana promises a contemporary Vietnamese menu curated by Kieu as Executive Head and executed by Head Chef Dylan McCormack.

With a seating capacity of up to 80, the restaurant's Art Deco-inspired interior exudes timeless elegance. Signature dishes, including king prawns steamed with coconut water and crispy pork belly with coconut, puffed rice, kaffir lime, shallots and lemon leaf, will help showcase Hoiana’s fusion of authentic Vietnamese flavours and contemporary French culinary art. A live music program, a calling card of Kieu's Taste of Vietnam hospitality group, adds vibrancy to the overall dining experience.
