Bistrot Bisou is a casual French bistro by celebrity chef Luke Mangan. Located in the Melbourne CBD, on the corner of the much-loved Flinders Lane and Spencer Street – within the art-focused, character-filled Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders – the standalone venue celebrates classic French cuisine via a modern interpretation.

Experience casual French bistro-style dining and a deliciously accessible French and Australian wine list, as well as an extensive martini menu and other cocktails.
