Senior Certified Tea Sommelier and moderator of the Tea Section on a leading Chinese Zisha (Yixing clay) forum, Tea master, Merrick Chen, brings more than two decades of hands-on experience from extensive travels across China’s iconic tea mountains and tea ware regions.
Rooted in daily tasting and lifelong practice, his work bridges knowledge, culture, and wellbeing. Through tea, he is dedicated to helping people discover its health benefits while inspiring global audiences to explore the cultural stories behind the tea.
Participants are able to attend one or all of the four individual sessions.
