Pizza e Pesto Masterclass

  • Activity
  • Events

Pizza e Pesto is a hands-on masterclass where Plus 5's expert pizzaiolos guide you through the art of making pizza from scratch.

Start with a glass of Prosecco as you discover poolish, the centuries-old pre-ferment that creates light, airy, and flavourful dough. You’ll learn the fermentation secrets that take homemade pizza to the next level.

Next, get saucy with Executive Chef Malcolm Williams as you create a vibrant, herb-packed pesto with a unique twist. You'll take home your own handcrafted jar to impress family and friends.

Then it's time to shape, stretch, and top your pizza before it bakes to golden, bubbly perfection. Once ready, sit down to enjoy your creation with a glass of wine, beer, or a refreshing soft drink.

Whether you're a home cook or just pizza-curious, this fun and flavour-filled session is perfect for food lovers of all levels.
