Winter is ending, but your gateway to escapism is right here. Matinee sessions run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with new films beginning every fortnight.

This spring, we're leaning into cinema's intersections with other art forms. In Flies we'll see the world through the eyes of a young boy who retreats into Space Invaders when life gets too tough. In October, we'll join Bette Davis with her classic 1950 film All About Eve ahead of the Malthouse Theatre's new production. And towards the end of spring we'll cross over into literature with two films inspired by Albert Camus' The Outsider: François Ozon's L'Étranger from Meursault's perspective and Malek Bensmaïl's L'Arabe, from the victim's.
