  • A glowing red street canopy over a dark doorway in a laneway.

  • Long table inside a restaurant venue, set with candelabras flowers and a dinner setting, as if for an event.

Jayda

  • Restaurant

Jayda, Shane Delia’s opulent cocktail bar, is situated next to Maha on Bond Street.

Jayda serves a range of bespoke cocktails curated by master mixologist, Orlando Marzo. Showstopper cocktails exclusive to Jayda include the Strawberry Cream Negroni, crafted using rose hip, blackberry leaves and dehydrated yoghurt, delivering a decadent, unforgettable aperitif.

Designed to be mixed and shared, Jayda's menu is split into five sections with dishes varying in size. Curated by Head Chef Daniel Giraldo in collaboration with Shane, a light Middle Eastern influence sweeps across all elements of the menu.

Think small plates like kingfish, finger lime and taramasalata tart or something a little larger like the ‘after service sandwich’ that includes Maha's iconic slow-cooked lamb shoulder with jus for dunking, perfect with a side of shoestring fries.
