Jayda

  • Bar
  • Restaurant

Hidden behind a discreet doorway on Bond Street, Jayda is Shane Delia’s opulent cocktail bar and bistro, located next door to Maha.

Jayda is made for everything from quick city lunches and casual catch-ups to long dinners and late-night drinks. The à la carte menu celebrates quality Victorian produce, with playful influences from across the Middle East and Mediterranean. Settle in for a complete bistro-style meal or share a selection of smaller plates over cocktails and wine.

Behind the bar, discover signature cocktails, premium spirits and a carefully curated wine list featuring local and international producers, including special bottles sourced from the Maha cellar.

Jayda's flexible spaces can accommodate intimate dinners, corporate meetings, private celebrations, weddings and cocktail-style events.
