Located in the heart of the city on Flinders Lane, Dessous is a European bistro and cocktail bar in the basement of the historic Richard Allen & Son building.

Guided by classic European flavours and Australian seasonal produce, Head Chef Dani Terron's menu draws on French technique and Mediterranean influence in equal measure. Join for their Martini Club, or a Chef's set menu. With the kitchen open till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, Dessous is the perfect subterranean spot to linger late.
