The menu begins with dim sim appetisers, won ton soup, dumplings and other starters. The large choice of rice dishes ranges from Hainanese chicken rice to kong po chicken and beef brisket. Stir-fries include Hokkien and Singapore noodles, or beef with black bean sauce. The signature roast meat dishes come with rice or noodles, with a choice of pork, chicken and duck. There’s also a wide range of vegetarian options available, including salt and pepper deep-fried tofu and ma po tofu.
