Rodd & Gunn Cellar & Wine Bar

Rodd & Gunn's Cellar & Wine Bar is a dedicated space to explore and purchase from their wine collection. Showcasing New Zealand's finest alongside select Australian and international producers, it's a destination to discover, collect, and take home bottles that reflect terroir and craftmanship. Browse the curated selection or settle in with a glass from the ever-evolving list – a celebration of wine in all its forms.

The Cellar & Wine Bar reimagines the historic Cole’s Cafeteria as a modern Italian-inspired dining spot. Oversized checkerboard flooring, bluestone laneway walkways, and intimate booth seating create an atmosphere that’s both playful and transportive. Guests can enjoy house-made pasta, all-day aperitivi, and bespoke creations from Matt Bax’s Cocktail Laboratory, where artful cocktails push the boundaries of flavour. It’s a space designed for indulgence, connection, and a touch of theatre.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
