Botanical Hotel

With a focus on quality, seasonal food, warm welcoming service, Botanical Hotel delivers an experience which showcases their Modern-Australian bar and grill. Celebrating the seasons, simplicity is key, with the focus on allowing quality ingredients to shine with minimal intervention.

The purpose-built dry-ageing cabinet plays host to premium beef, which is aged for a minimum of 28 days before being grilled over a red-gum wood fire, ensuring consistent heat, moderate smoke and maximum flavour.

Complementing the expansive menu is the award-winning wine list, which holds three goblets from the Australian Wine List of the Year Awards. The list celebrates renowned producers and provenance, while focusing on local winemakers and taking inspiration from old-world wines.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
