Year of the Fire Horse Meditation

The year of the Fire Horse is the time to see all people as one and to have the courage to spread love, compassion and kindness to all corners of the globe. The theme of this mindfulness session is 'learn to tame your fear, not another's will'.

Peace is an action and through this meditation learn how to change your life, and therefore the world. All classes are created by Zen Master Venerable Xiè'ēn and open to all.

All ages and physical levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water and a cushion if needed.
