The Sustainable Supper Club
Tucked inside the Purpose Precinct at Queen Victoria Market, the Moving Feast Kitchen is where food innovation meets sustainability – turning rescued market produce into delicious products, and sharing practical, achievable ways to reduce food waste at home. Amid the Night Market bustle, enter this hidden little wonderland of creativity and flavour for an exclusive cook-and-dine experience with celebrated chef and sustainability advocate Tobie Puttock.
In a group of no more than 12 guests, you’ll roll up your sleeves to prepare two seasonal dishes using fresh, rescued produce – perfectly edible fruit and veg that’s been oversupplied or undersold – all guided by Tobie’s signature Italian flair and zero-waste philosophy. After cooking, gather around the candlelit table to enjoy the meal you’ve created together, with plenty of conversation, hands-on learning, and inspiration to take home.
Suitable for vegetarians; dishes may contain dairy, egg, gluten, garlic and onion.
