Tucked inside the Purpose Precinct at Queen Victoria Market, the Moving Feast Kitchen is where food innovation meets sustainability – turning rescued produce into delicious products, and sharing practical insights to reduce food waste.

This Fringe Flavours Night Market season, step through the bustle and into an intimate space, a hidden wonderland of innovation and creativity, for a supper experience with celebrated chef and mega sustainability advocate, Tobie Puttock. In a gathering of just 10 guests, you’ll graze on antipasto made in-house while learning tips on reducing food waste. Then, settle in for a fresh pasta dish crafted with Tobie's signature Italian flair and zero-waste philosophy. A new addition to the Night Market, this is a special chance to savour conversation, flavour and inspiration in equal measure.

Note this is a two-course set menu with no menu changes available. Suitable for vegetarians. Dishes contain dairy, egg and gluten.

Bookings are essential.
