To celebrate the extraordinary impact of The Cook’s Companion, join Australian treasure Stephanie Alexander for an intimate three-course dinner at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins’ No35 restaurant, complete with breath-taking panoramic views of the city skyline.

Hear from Alexander on her philosophies around food, cooking and pleasure, enjoy tales of her remarkable career to date and be amongst the first to discover the 30th anniversary edition of The Cook’s Companion over a meal to be remembered. With host Virginia Trioli.

Ticket includes a three-course menu designed by Stephanie Alexander and beverages, including a complimentary glass of Pommery champagne on arrival. Most dietary requirements can be accommodated – please provide more details when booking your ticket.
