Small Changes Big Impact

The Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute has been keeping hearts beating for one hundred years, making world-leading scientific discoveries that save lives.

To celebrate their centenary, they’re bringing their expertise to you. Come along for this free event to learn how to make small changes in your life for a big impact.

Renowned chef and ambassador Gary Mehigan will cook up delicious, healthy food and researchers will share practical, evidence-based tips on how to transform your heart and body.

Enjoy a live dance performance with Melbourne Djembe, and take home Gary Mehigan's free recipe cards.

Doors open at 5pm – if you want to arrive early, you could get moving with some gentle exercise or try the Zwift stationary bikes alongside former elite cyclists Grace Brown and Baker Institute ambassador Matt Keenan.
