Together, celebrate the incredible strength of the tiniest patients, honour the families who have faced life's earliest challenges with courage, and recognise the healthcare teams whose compassion makes life-changing care possible every day.

Whether your family experienced NICU firsthand, you know someone whose journey began there, or you're simply looking for a great family day out while supporting an important cause, you'll be warmly welcomed.

Enjoy a fantastic day of family-friendly entertainment, including animal encounters, face painting, interactive children's activities and special keepsake and memory-making activities.

There will also be delicious food and refreshments available for purchase, information and drop-in sessions covering key areas of newborn care, and opportunities to meet members of the Women's NICU team, with plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy time together

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
