For three exclusive evenings, Spencer Patrick and his award-winning Port Douglas restaurant, Harrisons, take up residency at Sunset House.
This special takeover brings the flavours and philosophy of the celebrated Port Douglas fine diner to the city, showcasing Spencer Patrick’s signature modern British cuisine crafted with premium Australian produce. The menu is ingredient-driven, refined, and deeply grounded in a sense of place, inspired by the lush surrounds of tropical North Queensland.
Guests can choose from Harrisons’ Social Hour from 4–6 pm, or a four-course dinner experience from 6–9 pm. Set against sweeping Docklands views, the experience pairs Harrisons’ relaxed elegance with the elevated atmosphere of Sunset House.
