Zwanze Day
Belgian Beer Café Melbourne will once again transform into a living corner of Brussels for Zwanze Day – the only official Melbourne stop for Brasserie Cantillon’s most playful and sought-after annual release.
This year marks a special chapter in the global Zwanze tradition. Cantillon’s brewmaster Jean Van Roy has created two vermouth-blended lambics of extraordinary elegance: Zwanze Day 2026 Red (Artemis La Rouge) and Zwanze Day 2026 White (Sullivan).
Guests attending the ticketed session (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm) will receive:
- 150 ml pours of both the 2026 red and white Zwanze Day releases
- An exclusive commemorative Riedel glass to take home
- Access to five additional Cantillon classics on tap all afternoon
Founded in 1900 and still family-owned, Cantillon remains the last traditional lambic brewery in Brussels. Its spontaneously fermented beers, aged for years in oak, are revered worldwide for their uncompromising authenticity and depth.
