Gingerbread Making Workshop

Step into the festive season with a hands-on gingerbread house masterclass in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Perfect for families, couples, friends, workmates and corporate teams, this relaxed Christmas workshop is a creative way to celebrate together.

Guided by Executive Chef Malcolm Williams, Head Chef Nick Marriott and the Henry and the Fox team, guests will learn the basics of gingerbread house construction before building and decorating their own creation to take home.

Using modern and nostalgic lollies, sweets and festive decorations, each participant will create a gingerbread house with their own personal touch.

Throughout the class, enjoy a charcuterie station with cured meats, cheeses, fruit and condiments, plus a dedicated kids’ food station filled with party favourites.

Adults receive a festive Twisted Spritz on arrival, while kids can enjoy a natural fruit juice slushie.

Each participant also receives a template and recipes to take home.
