Free Fitness in the Park: Family Fitness

Stay active with free community fitness classes in parks and gardens across your neighbourhoods.

Join in for zumba, tai chi, yoga, boxing and more – all led by experienced recreation centre staff. Whether you’re just starting out or already active, everyone’s welcome – whatever your fitness level.

Stay afterwards to enjoy free refreshments from Fruit2Work, giveaways from the Health Foundation and a chance to connect with your neighbours and meet City of Melbourne councillors.
