Forged in Silver: Silver Jewellery Workshop

  • Workshop
  • Activity

Step into the world of Viking hoards and handcrafted jewels in this unique evening jewellery workshop. Be inspired by the Treasures of the Viking Age: The Galloway Hoard exhibition as you create a treasure of your own.

Begin with an exclusive after-hours look through the exhibition, then craft a silver ring with Melbourne-based maker Amy Yang. All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary, just bring your creativity. Your ring will be fired after the workshop and ready for collection two weeks later.

This is a playful and hands-on experience for anyone keen to connect with history and create something truly unique.

For adults and teens 16+.

Facilitated by FunkyFunYou.
