In partnership with artist Fai, a celebrated Melbourne-based illustrator and art teacher renowned for her delicate food and lifestyle watercolour paintings, guests will enjoy an intimate watercolour class designed to spark creativity and mindfulness. Fai will personally guide you through each brushstroke, helping you create your own beautiful masterpiece.

Serving Melbourne’s finest High Tea, a decadent selection of savoury bites, delicate sweets, and sparkling treats, all served in our heritage-listed building on Collins Street.

With over ten years of teaching experience in Thailand and Australia, Fai brings art into everyday life through food, nature, and storytelling. Her work has been featured in leading magazines and collaborations with cafes, bakeries, and lifestyle brands across Melbourne.
