An InterContinental Spring Afternoon Tea

  • Events
  • Food and drink

Set beneath the elegant glass atrium of Alluvial Restaurant, InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto invites you to discover their new spring afternoon tea. Savour spring in every bite, intertwining fresh, seasonal produce with native Australian ingredients such as wattle seed, saltbush, Davidson plum, and desert lime.

Signature creations include seared kangaroo with Manuka honey caramelised onion relish and Skull Island king prawn salad on brioche, alongside refined sweet treats like charlotte fraise (strawberry mousse cake) with mountain pepperberry, and orange cake with finger lime pearls. A selection of teas and coffee, an orange and Cointreau shooter, and a glass of Champagne are included.

Celebrate a special occasion or indulge in a luxurious afternoon, framed by the historic beauty of the Winfield and Rialto buildings.
