There’s an art to great brunch – and it begins with technique. Join Henry and the Fox for a relaxed and interactive 2.5-hour breakfast masterclass designed to help you master the classics behind a memorable brunch.
Begin with a complimentary glass of Lucia Prosecco before stepping into the kitchen for a hands-on session guided by our chefs. You’ll learn how to poach the perfect egg, understand the technique behind silky hollandaise, and watch a demonstration of gin and beetroot-cured kingfish while exploring the fundamentals of curing and flavour balance.
Guests will work in small groups at dedicated cooking stations to practise egg poaching and hollandaise before building their own plated brunch using a selection of breakfast sides. The experience also includes a pastry and sweets grazing station and a demonstration on latte art fundamentals.
