Big Verse: The Readings Poetry Gala

  • Theatre
  • Entertainment

Pull up a pew and plonk down with some plonk for a night of Big Verse.

After a sell-out event at last year's Readings' A Day in Carlton, Tim Loveday is doing it all again this year, with another all-star line-up of poets including award-winning musician Ruby Mary Gill and celebrated poets Jill Jones, Laniyuk, Dominic Symes and Es Foong.

Big Verse promises to transport you through the rambunctious and politically charged world of contemporary Australian poetry.

Expect clicks. Expect claps. Expect cheers.

The Readings pop-up bookshop will be open at this event. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
