Located beneath HYDE Melbourne Place, BakeStand’s third Melbourne store brings its signature Melbourne-style cookies to one of the city’s most exciting hospitality destinations. Baked fresh daily, the cookies are known for their crisp, tart-like golden edges and soft centres.

The menu showcases the brand’s signature range of inventive and classic flavours, from Vegemite and cheese to the much-loved OG dark chocolate, complemented by specialty coffee, premium matcha beverages and curated artisan cookie jars. Inspired by BakeStand’s philosophy of transporting one from reality into imagination, the warm, contemporary space blends playful storytelling with modern design, creating a unique destination for cookie lovers in the heart of Melbourne.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
