  • A booth in a restaurant, with a wooden tray of cooked steak, glasses of wine and other dishes of food arranged on the table.
  • The interior of Breslin Steakhouse with tables and rattan dining chairs, and a central bar area.
  • Two people seated opposite each other at a restaurant dining table, one person's hand using a fork to reach into a platter of grilled meats and poultry.

The Breslin Steakhouse

  • Restaurant

The Breslin Steakhouse is all about premium meat – and that means every cut of the entire beast, whether pig, cow or lamb.

In the vein of London's St John restaurant, this no-holds-barred meat, sausage, curing and terrine brasserie celebrates entire-animal dining, showcasing produce bred and raised in the Otways, Gippsland and Mornington Peninsula.

Share cold or hot meat boards, cute mini-burgers and lamb or chicken skewers. Try the specialty barbecued pork or beef ribs, slow-cooked for 16-hours and chargrilled, or choose from the premium aged steak selection.

The whole animal feast is designed to be shared by a table of ten diners or more, serving up an entire suckling pig, goat or milk-fed lamb cooked on the rotisserie and prepared with all the trimmings.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
