Fern Bar & Dining

Tucked off Little Collins Street, you’ll find Fern Bar & Dining on Level 2 of Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins. Good nights start at the bar, so pull up a stool, break bread with some house-made focaccia, add your favourite toppings and pair it with a cocktail crafted with our neighbourhood partner, Little Lon Distilling Co.

From there, the grill fires up, sharing entrées, Victorian steaks and the signature Fern’s Steak Frites, finished with Fern No. 1 Sauce.

Swing by for Neighbourhood Hour, stay for the grill, and carry the night out into the Garden.

Fern’s Garden turns Italian this summer with Fern’s Alfresco, an aperitivo garden open daily until 31 March.
