Fern Bar & Dining

Tucked off Little Collins Street, you'll find Fern Bar & Dining on Level 2 of the new Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins serving Modern Melbourne dining with flair. A vibrant blend of global flavours, local produce, and the creative spirit that defines the city. It’s a style shaped by diversity and attitude, where personality, experimentation and bold expression matter more than tradition.

At Fern, that rhythm comes to life in dishes that are as approachable as they are expressive, from sesame prawn toast to dry-aged Aylesbury duck breast with honey, orange and star anise. Share a charcuterie board, sip a cocktail crafted with our neighbourhood partner Little Lon, or linger over a Yarra Valley Rosé.

Here, the food is seasonal and inventive, the drinks are adventurous, and the nights feel a little more memorable than you expected. It’s seasonal, expressive, and distinctly Melbourne.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
