This small upmarket restaurant on King street (between Lonsdale and Little Bourke) not only boasts fantastic seasonal produce, allowing the menu to constantly evolve but Sud serves Italian food with a southern Italian flavour, Melbourne style. Sud has an intimate and stylish ambiance, a seasonally driven menu and an amazing team.

Try the signature chicken roulade with spinach, carrot and smoked scamorza, or the oven-baked scallops with smoked pancetta, farro and pesto.

There is an extensive wine list to complement any meal, hailing from various regions of Italy as well as carefully sourced local producers.
