Osteria Ilaria is a contemporary dining room focusing on modern Italian food.
You won't see any pizzas here and despite being next to (and owned by the same people as) Tipo 00 Pasta Bar, not a whole lot of pasta. Instead check out the whole whiting, pippies and sea herbs or the roast corn-fed duck with radicchio and hazelnuts.
There is a heavy focus on the quality of bread with a few different options including 48-hour fermented sourdough and a gluten free grain bread.
The setting is stylish, stripped back and bare and provides a great arena for some of the more unique food of southern Europe.
