Momo Sukiyaki & Shabu Shabu

Momo Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu is a Japanese style hot pot restaurant. Each table at the restaurant is fitted with hot plates, which allow guests to prepare their own meal.

Select the broth to form the base of the hot pot, and then choose from thinly sliced Wagyu beef, pork, live seafood, local vegetables and a variety of Japanese tapas which can be dipped in homemade sauce.

There's also a range of Japanese snacks and entrees, such as edamame, sashimi, Japanese dumplings, salads, tempura and fried chicken. If you have a sweet tooth, try the traditional parfait and mochi.

The dishes are inspired by the Japanese culinary custom of families getting together to share a steaming pot of meat and vegetables during the months of winter in Japan.
