Founded by the visionary Poernomo brothers including Mum, KOI combines craftsmanship and innovative pastry techniques with relentless precision. Drawing inspiration from nature’s evolving beauty, they aim to mirror Melbourne’s rich tapestry of art and culture, offering a new and unique blend of taste, aesthetics and gastronomy.
