On level three of HER you’ll find BKK, a heart-racing, turbocharged Thai BBQ canteen, serving Bangkok-inspired street food from a fiery open-concept kitchen.
Transporting guests to a night market with the fire and clamour of woks, tuck into barbecue skewers, charred meats, laab and Thai curries from North to South.
BKK Head Chef Sungeun Mo has created an extensive menu with everything from small snacks to barbecue selections and wok specials, larger plates and desserts, with the food a take on the street food of Thailand, using the best Australian produce. Whether an unapologetic sourness or bold spiciness, there are new takes on classics, along with modern riffs that pay respect to the vibrant flavours and keen balance of Thai cooking.
BKK’s intimate tables are set around the firey kitchen with casual high-tops and bench space with city or kitchen views.
