Belasco is a New York-inspired Italian restaurant bringing Italian heat, New York chaos and a little theatrical energy to Melbourne's city centre.

Led by Chef Xavier Tocco, the menu goes off-script with bold flavour combinations, dramatic plating and dishes forged in fire, all made for passing across the table. Expect long lunches that slip into late afternoons, ice-cold martinis, generous pours and a dining room that never takes itself too seriously.
