Two Raw Sisters: How We Cook Tour

  • Talk
  • Workshop

The Two Raw Sisters are taking the salad and snack ball base recipes from How We Cook and creating their own versions live, using what's in season. Salads take you everywhere in summer – quick dinners, entertaining showstoppers, fresh crispy lunches. Same goes for snack balls – a decadent dessert version to make ahead for entertaining season, plus an energy-dense version for summer adventures.

Margo and Rosa's biggest impact has been teaching people to cook with confidence, using recipes as guidelines, swapping ingredients, and using what's already at home. That's the heart of their sixth cookbook: adaptable base recipes – granola to salads to brownies – showing you how to create endless variations with what's on hand.

This workshop meets you where you're at – prepping veg for maximum flavour, protein suggestions, and how to be intelligently lazy while still putting on a showstopping table.

Followed by a Q&A.
