Hands-On Gnocchi and Ragu Masterclass

  • Workshop
  • Activity

Join Executive Chef Malcolm Williams at Henry and the Fox for a hands-on Italian cooking masterclass inspired by the Amalfi Coast. Working in pairs, you’ll learn how to mix, shape and roll lemon and ricotta ndunderi, then prepare a pork and fennel ragu.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down to enjoy your handmade gnocchi with rocket and parmesan salad and a glass of Prosecco. The class finishes with Henry and the Fox’s signature chocolate cannoli and barista-made coffee.

All ingredients, equipment and aprons are provided, along with take-home recipe cards so you can recreate the dishes at home. No previous pasta-making experience is required.
