The Grand Jazz Dinner Show

Hidden beneath Bourke Street, DOLLY is Le Meridien's underground European restaurant and late-night cocktail bar, known for its bustling room, polished dining and popular Saturday live jazz nights.

For this special edition, DOLLY presents The Grand Jazz Dinner Show, a headline live jazz dinner show featuring the Night Creatures five-piece, one of Melbourne’s best jazz acts.

The evening includes live performance alongside DOLLY’s four-course Signature Menu, giving the night real substance beyond the stage. In the kitchen, Bordeaux-born, Michelin-trained Executive Chef Hervé Borghini leads the menu, with DOLLY favourites such as steak frites and crème brûlée featured across the experience.
