River Studios Artisan Christmas Market

  • Free
  • Market

The annual Artisan Christmas Market by the artists from River Studios.

River Studios has more than 60 artists-in-residence, with many of them setting up tables on the first floor, offering a wide range of unique, handcrafted gifts. These include glass bead jewellery, ceramic Christmas decorations, hand-painted Christmas cards, screen printed tea towels and bread boards, blown glass, acrylic and water colour paintings, embroidery, quirky found object wall sculptures and brooches and more.

Normally River Studios is not open to the public, so this is an opportunity to talk directly to the artists, and perhaps some will offer a peek into their studios.

River Studios is managed by Creative Spaces for the City of Melbourne.
