Native High Tea

  • Events
  • Food and drink

Native High Tea celebrates the remarkable ingredients found across Australia, reimagining the traditions of high tea through flavours that are distinctly Australian.

Created by Executive Chef Apoorva Kunte and the culinary team, native ingredients bring unexpected character to familiar favourites across three tiers. Discover flash-seared yellowfin tuna crusted with mountain pepper berry and finished with finger lime, heirloom tomato and cucumber tartare with Davidson plum, and a shiitake mushroom pithivier with wattle seed.

Melbourne’s iconic High Tea reimagined includes unlimited Vittoria coffee blends, loose-leaf tea and hot chocolate. Optional add-ons include two native cocktails that bring Australian ingredients to your glass.

Reservations are essential.
