Meet @ the Market: Session 3

  • Music
  • Nightlife

A concert series that invites you to deep dive into fascinating music in an intimate setting, Meet @ the Market features atmospheric lighting design, custom cocktails and the exuberant cultural explorer Stéphanie Kabanyana Kanyandekwe as your orchestral tour guide.

Session 3 is an ode to dedication and transformation, conducted by renowned Norwegian conductor Eivind Aadland. Strauss’s monumental Metamorphosen for 23 solo strings is set against Mendelssohn’s evocative Scottish Symphony and American composer Missy Mazzoli’s These Worlds in Us, a tender and luminous reflection on memory and love.

Arrive early to settle in with a drink, and don’t rush off when the final note sounds. The bar remains open after each performance for a post-concert social. At Meet @ the Market, the evening doesn’t end with the applause, it’s just getting started.
