Look Up to the Future
Look Up to the Future is a striking public art installation from the Victorian Department of Education, spotlighting the VCE Vocational Major.
Setting out to empower more students and parents to see practical pathways as a smart, respected route to success, the activation is designed to reframe how vocational education is seen – highlighting the pride, purpose and opportunity in real-world learning.
Suspended above Degraves Street, a clothesline of uniforms hang, ranging from chef whites to boiler suits, high-vis gear and scrubs. By asking pedestrians to lift their gaze, the installation raises vocational pathways in the public imagination.
