Live at the Gardens: The Avalanches

  • Music
  • Entertainment

The Avalanches announce their return to Australian stages, with six performances across the country in February and March, including a hometown show at Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne as part of the Live at the Gardens series.

For more than 25 years, the Australian group has been one of the most influential and original acts in contemporary electronic music, globally redefining what could be achieved with sampling and collage to create a body of work that has resonated around the world.

The announcement comes as The Avalanches enter a particularly prolific new chapter, with their fourth studio album No Bad Memories set for release in mid-October.

Joining The Avalanches on the night will be HAAi, the Australian-born, London-based artist whose work moves freely between club music, experimentation and leftfield electronic sounds.
