Little Mandarin Yoga & Pilates

Little Mandarin is an intimate and inclusive yoga and pilates studio. It offers traditional mat yoga, aerial yoga, and mat and reformer pilates for any level. It also offers online live-stream yoga and mat pilates classes during lockdown, so you can continue practising from home.

Aerial yoga utilises yoga hammocks that are securely anchored to the ceiling. They allow you to try yoga postures with reduced stress on your joints and spine, whilst encouraging stability in your pelvis and core.

Little Mandarin strives to create a space where everyone feels welcome, no matter what language you speak, where you are from, how old you are, or whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
