Estuary Yoga

Estuary Yoga's intention is to help you cultivate your roots; to find your centre, enhance your balance, and allow for flow. It's about exploring possibilities, on and off the mat.

Yoga classes are designed to bring balance and are for both experienced yogi and yoga newcomers alike.

Some yoga classes at Estuary include Vinyasa Flow, Harmony, Fundamentals Flow and Yin with Meditation.
