Kids Day Out

  • Free
  • Family and kids

Bring the whole family along to Kids Day Out, a day packed with exciting activities and entertainment for kids of all ages.

Discover the super-fun Teddy Bear Hospital, try out the all-new sporting zone, enjoy the popular performance stage, and take part in interactive games and creative workshops. There’s also delicious food on offer, hot cross buns galore and even chickens to meet.

The event is free to attend, but many of the activities inside raise funds for the Good Friday Appeal, supporting life-saving care for sick children at The Royal Children’s Hospital. A perfect day to laugh, play and give back in the heart of Melbourne.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
